This policy explains how Qualextai handles personal information collected through this website, qualextai.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the Request a Quote form: your name, company name and business email, and, if you provide them, your phone number, country, project type, data type, languages, target countries, estimated volume, timeline and requirements.

To protect the form from spam and abuse, a salted one-way hash of the network (IP) address used to send the form is kept for up to 24 hours and then deleted automatically. We cannot read your IP address from this hash.

If you email or phone us, we receive the information you include in that message.

How we use it

We use the information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss your project with you. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database provided by Supabase, on servers located in Japan. Access is restricted to Qualextai; submissions are not publicly visible. The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@qualextai.com.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
